Includes: breakroom, (2) wardrobe/make‐up rooms, (1) production office, (1) 16′ step ladder
Does Not Include: lights & crew, painting for custom colors, prop & set storage, power allowance, lift, return painting
Note: Power allowance is included in hourly rate. There is a 2 hr minimum for hourly rentals. Return painting charges apply if needed.
*HOURLY RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MAY BE RESCHEDULED TO ACCOMMODATE FULL DAY RENTALS.

Additional Notes:
* Stage is painted and a painting charge to return floor will be billed as used.
* Cyc lights are included with a 1 ton or 5 ton package rental. Otherwise they are billed as used.
* Hourly rates are for stage rentals only and do not reflect crew rates.
* We recommend renting an additional breakroom for anyone renting the B Stage and having crew or talent of 6 or more.
* Cleaning charges will be billed to any one leaving their area not as it was when they arrived.
